• Please note that the delivery of your license key may take up to 24 hours to process.
• However, we strive to deliver your license key as soon as possible, with a minimum processing time of 1 hour.
• Our fastest delivery time is between 9 AM to 9 PM UAE time,  and we will send you an email notification once your license key is available for download.

In some cases, we may offer alternative shipping methods for physical products, such as standard or expedited shipping, depending on the product and your location. However, we encourage you to check the product details and shipping information during the checkout process for more accurate information on delivery options.

For digital products, such as license keys or digital downloads, you will receive them via email within the delivery time mentioned during the checkout process. This typically ranges from a minimum processing time of 1 hour to 24 hours.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of your license keys or digital downloads status. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. For digital products, such as license keys or digital downloads, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of the product.
