Refund Policy

We eSafe Solutions make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and services and their potential for our respective customers.
eSafe Solutions is committed to providing our customers with great quality products at affordable prices.
Product Key is currently delivered via email only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to deliver. Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with your Product Key at the email address you provided on our order form. (Delivery Policy)


PLEASE NOTE: All Our Product Key comes under “DIGITAL PRODUCT” Once delivered through email they cannot be returned because it’s not a Physical Product that can be re-soled to another user, So “No Refund & Return” are Accepted however for our respective customers we have Refund Policy and they are as follow:

  • Please make sure you keep this key with you in a safe place as we have delivered the license key, we do not allow customers to refunds or return it.
  • Please make sure you have provided a valid email address while registering/purchasing at esafekeys.com
  • Every product comes with a 7-day replacement guarantee ( except phone keys ) and after this period we do not provide any replacement or refund


No Refund in the below cases:

  • The respective customers place the wrong order without reading the complete product description and the product key has already been delivered through email.
  • The respective customers fail to download the software file due to a poor internet connection.
  • The respective customers fail to download & install the software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
  • Product Key fails to activate on the respective customers' computer system then eSafe Solutions will issue a new Product Key through email in a given time period, The individual customers have to send Full-Screen Screenshot which must include Error Window, Current Date and Time and mail it to [email protected]
  • The respective customers have only 7 days from the date of purchase to inform us regarding Product Key activation failure, after 7 days from the date of purchase no New Product Key will be issued under any circumstances. ( phone activation keys  warranty 1 Day only )
  • Customers Can Extend their Warranty by Buying an Extended Warranty in this case Warranty will extend up to 30 days according to the extended warranty the customer has purchased.
  • For Office 365 account – no refund/replacement for a Password forgotten after the first password is changed (at the first login attempt Microsoft will ask you to set a new password)

Refund in the below cases:

  • A refund will be issued if esafekeys.com fails to deliver the Product Key through email then an Automatic Refund is processed.
  • For Office 365 account – if the subscription disables within 365 days

Refund Time:

  • It may take up to 1-3 business days to initiate the refund. Once the refund is processed it will take 2-14 business days depending on the buyer’s bank or service provider to get the refund amount transferred to their Payment Source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet) through which the payment was made.
  • The respective customer can Request Store Credit and will be processed within 1 working day

Rewards points:

  • eSafe will issue Rewards points for each transaction in case of refund rewards points will be canceled

Digital Licence Activation Terms

  • All Product Keys must be activated within “7 days” of delivery, if not then the key get expire in this case no replacement and no Refund will be approved. (Terms Of Use)
